Shipping & Returns

We typically ship orders within 24 to 48 hours, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday.

We ship to the contiguous 48 US states, Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO.

We use the most cost effective shipping methods via USPS Priority Mail, FEDEX, and UPS provide tracking numbers to you. Tracking numbers are provided to you via email or messaging when your order is shipped. The items will be passed into the hands of the shipper on the following business day if ordered before 3:30 PM CST.

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all web orders shipped to the 48 contiguous United States. Free shipping is not available for Hawaii, Alaska, US territories or APO/FPO/DOP addresses.

Yes. Extra charges will apply, based on the mail-carrier selected. We offer USPS Priority Mail, FEDEX, and UPS. Please place your order before 12:00 PM CST Monday - Friday to ensure timely delivery.

We accept exchanges on any apparel items within the first 14 days.  Unfortunately we do not offer returns for our coffee products due to health code regulations.

Products

The bean selections will vary based on the locale featured at the time. We will announce on our blog and social media the roaster, roast profile, and bean type. This may include single-origin or blends. Beans are guaranteed to be within 2-weeks of the roast date. Let us know your favorite roasters / coffee shops so we can spotlight them in the future.

There is some information provided within the box itself. Our blog will go into deeper detail. However, if you still have questions feel free to reach out to us, we’d love to discuss coffee with you.

At this time we are not offering decaf.
